Well i was sharing some stuff with my friends the other day.
Suddenly out of no where i enlightened my self with this thinking of leadership and how team work is the most important thing when comes to getting work done

What makes a good spear?

its made up of 2 things; The Spear head and The Rod

The spear head must be strong, sharp and focus at its tip

The Rod which makes up the most part of the spear needs to be stong and stern

if the spear head is weak no matter how strong is the rod it cannot kill.

its also the same when it the other way round.

Both parts need each other to be a good spear.

A leader should be like the spear head. strong will, sharp judgement and focus

The team behind him is like a rod, Strong and united

if both are of the same way, there is nothing it cannot do or achieve.

Like the strongest spear that can go though any shield.
