Sorry.... ? Dont be...

Well jess left the club.. well she said sorry to leave us. but i wish her good luck to do what ever she wants to do after this. Well we cant always stop people from leaving. for good reasons , for bad reasons, we have to let go.

really makes u think huh. makes u finally feel that when there is a beginning , there is an end. no such things as forever.

Birth, Age, Illness and Death.... everything in this world is a cycle.

just a year ago i thought i was going some where when i became "Boss" i tried to make the best make everyone comfy and stuff. try to make people feel right at home.

My motto was:

"Every ones here is family."

But how true was that?

Amy, Jamie, Jialing, Peishan, Felicia, Alfien, Jessica, Eunice, Micheal, Bella.....

they left..

everyone has reasons.

its irony really that when every time i said this sentence. The sentence is not justified at all.

Really makes you think huh.....

Am i not doing enough to make my motto justified?

Some times it really bring you down.

Maybe i am no leader..

i always want to act like a leader. but yet u have to admit.
if your a worker bee your a worker bee... you cant be the queen bee.
acting doesnt help.

when i was in army , i respect my srgent Stan now a good friend of mine. Hes one of those where people will just accept his stuff with a good amount of respect. its just a aura maybe?

the a leader has an aura

a aura that makes everyone as one.

but a worker bee like me can only work.

always think that putting a lot of effort would get you some where... well its true if your living in the 1940s to 60s

but now... its rubbish. not relievent

maybe i am too old school liao bah. hahaha well old school would not do u any good nowadays.

well being a good leader / being a bad leader.... it doesnt matter to me now anymore.......

Cause in this world, day by day it gets more and more complex.
